Shipping policy

Local Collection Only. We are not able to move stock from one store to another - items must be picked up from the selected or listed location. Please verify your selected pick up location(s) before checkout. 

Collection Policy

  • Upon arrival, drive to the back of the ReStore between 10:00am - 4:00pm 
  • Please remain in your vehicle
  • Present your order confirmation to the ReStore team member.
  • All products must be prepaid and will be held for a maximum of three (3) days for pick up (once the order ready for pick up email has been sent). Any product not picked up within this time will be considered a donation and placed back on our floor for resale.  

  • Loading Policy

    • Our ReStore team member(s) will bring your product(s) to your vehicle.
    • Ensure your vehicle is large enough for your purchase and bring necessary tie downs/strapping, etc. that you deem necessary to secure the load for transport. Habitat Niagara is not responsible for the safe transportation of your product(s).
    • ReStore team members may not always be able to assist with loading your product and reserve the right to refuse loading due to safety risk to staff and volunteers.

     Shipping may possibly be arranged in special circumstances, at the buyer's risk and expense, and only with prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee shipping availability or shipping times.
